1. The ZY32P oil expeller comes fitted with a hollow-shaft water cooling system to stop oil cake from scorching. It adopts a reverse feeding structure, alongside a split-top-and-bottom gearbox design for easier access.
2. Oil cakes eature neat forming and desirable color, making them ideal for subsequent solvent leaching processing.
3. Boasting strong material adaptability, this unit tolerates broader moisture and temperature windows for raw materials. Built for both high‑temp and low‑temp pressing workflows, it maintains stable residual oil content in dry cake even when processing feedstock at 70–80°C. Meanwhile, it keeps protein denaturation inside the pressed cake to a minimum.
4. A circulating cold oil spray system serves the key gears inside the main gearbox. It delivers comprehensive lubrication to bearings and gear sets, significantly lengthening component lifespan.
5. Custom‑built in-house to match the working conditions of oil expellers, the main gearbox uses large-module gears for superior mechanical performance. It delivers outstanding torsion resistance, thrust capacity and quiet operation. All gears are finished with hardened tooth surface grinding.
6. The pressing screw and bars are treated with cemented carbide coating, guaranteeing a minimum service life of 6 months.
7. External cover panels of the expeller are constructed from grade 304 stainless steel.
8. A square-head coupling links the main shaft and speed reducer. This connection structure eliminates shaft breakage risks and protects the main shaft against fatigue cracking. The main shaft itself is hollow and coolant‑enabled, paired with an electric cake thickness adjustment mechanism.
